以「臺南的城市記憶」與「贈禮文化」為核心概念， 融合臺南古建築特色的馬背與鐵窗花，以及市樹鳳凰木盛開的花結合成禮物意象，建構兼具地方特色與品牌識別性的視覺標誌，同時傳遞「臺南」的城市特色與「好禮」的心意。

With "Tainan's urban memories" and "gift culture" as its core concepts, the design incorporates the horseback and iron window grilles characteristic of Tainan's ancient architecture, along with phoenix tree flowers, to create a gift-like image that conveys both the urban characteristics of "Tainan" and the sentiment of "good gifts."
